After years of working in labs and darkrooms, we finally decided it was time we opened one of our own. With everything in life increasing in price, we sought to provide a way for people to engage with the film community without eating into their savings to develop their photos.

That’s where Boneyard came in, months and months of testing to find what chemicals work best to provide brick and mortar quality at half the price. We are proud to offer high-quality scanning with Digital ICE technology in-house.

When thinking about what this meant to us, we always came back to the same starting point: we want to create access to areas that don't necessarily have access to development services. Saving money on gas and development in one go. We aim to have drop boxes across the state of South Carolina, starting with the Lowcountry, soon!

We want Boneyard to be a community where people can come to share their projects and ideas. Receive help with facing issues with gear.
